As president and chief executive officer, Eng. Ndubi is responsible for all operations within the Synergy Company Limited family. Eng. Ndubi leads Synergy’s Office of the CEO, a group that includes the top senior executive management and leadership of Synergy.
Eng. Ndubi joined Synergy Company Limited in 2019 as a field engineer and, following several project assignments in both Nairobi and Kisii. He was appointed Synergy’s Chief Innovation and Sustainability Officer in 2021, He then rose to Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Company Limited in 2022.
With over 4 years of construction industry experience, Eng. Ndubi possesses a wealth of knowledge of both Synergy’s operations and the construction industry. His relentless focus on Synergy’s future, along with supporting and developing our people, showcases his leadership mindset and commitment to building lasting legacies.
